Garwood Water Cooperative Inc. reevaluates it's rates, annually, based upon the previous year's electric and other utility charges, maintenance costs, etc.
There has been a Hookup Fee Moratorium in place since 03/2022. We hope to remove the moratorium sometime in the summer of 2024. We cannot be more precise as this is dependent on our new well coming online and providing the water we are expecting.

* Re-connection Fee applies to reconnect services that were shut off by Garwood Water for lack of payment, failure to provide meter access, etc. It is not an optional service. Shall be payable upon remedy of cause for the disconnect.
